Colt Lightning Browning Mark

I've got a Colt Lightning Rifle in 44-40 that has the "Browning Bros. Ogden UT" mark on the top of the barrel, in front of the Colt address. Does this mean it was at the Browning store way back when? or some other meaning? It is right around 1886 manufacture.

I think a Colt Letter could solve that mysterie.
