DOB Colt BAR

Does anyone know, where to find DOB for a Colt made BAR ?
Its a 1918 model s/n. 28XX upgraded along its use to a A 2 model.

Rechecked again, the Colt applied s/n is 2016XX and got hold of the book "Rock in a Hard Place" about the BAR.

The receiver stamping reads :

Browning Automatic Rifle
U.S. Model OF 1918
MANFD. BY COLT'S P.F.A.M.CO.
2016XX ( Hand stamped )
PATENT APPLIED FOR

plus several hand stamped markings like number AA 2871; A2; P;RA
The barrel is a replacement HSA 5-53; the trigger group is a replacement made of Armasteel im WW II.
