Colt M4A1 Socom barrel

Here's a question for a real Colt expert. Is the Colt M4A1 SOCOM HB 14.5 1/7 twist barrel Cold Hammer Forged steel. I seem to have trouble finding a correct answer.

I called Colt direct and the rep said Colt does not use hammer forged barrels due to the lack of consistent accuracy in the CHF barrel.
