AR-15 front sight adjustment

Is there a special tool for adjusting the front sight? I used the tip of a FMJ bullet to depress the little spring activated stop but to turn the post I use the end of a roofing nail. Seems like there is probably a better way.

There is at least one type of tool, with at least three versions of it by different makers.
These have one end that's used to adjust the front sight, and the other end is used to adjust the old A1 rear sight windage plate.
