I've shot some in 223, 270 and 30-06. Accuracy was lacking in all 3. I used the remainder for plinking.
Anyone try these(55 grain FMJ) in a colt AR-15-A2? Do they feed ok? Any problems? They are on sale for $5.49 a box of 20 That sounds like a good buy.

I've used Sellier & Belloit in 7x57, .303, 6.5 Swede, and .380. They have all functioned well, but as stated before, they are not real accurate. But were fine for plinking and shooting for fun. I did use the 7x57 in a match. I didn't win, but I wasn't last. It also leaves you with brass to reload.
I don't see why the .223 wouldn't be decent for fun shooting and some ammo is better then no ammo.

I quit buying them in .308 as it was all over the target (not me..really).
