Mike,
I'd say that's a great price and and good deal. I don't recall any particular issues with Colt's 9mm. Colt mags are worth the extra cost. Double check on AR15.com, just search the pistol caliber section.

I have a chance to buy a Colt AR 15 in 9mm tonight or tomorrow. It is used and has a price of $847 OTD. It is in excellent shape. My local gun shop owner, who is a friend of mine owned the gun first. It is now for sale. He says at first it had some trouble with 115 gr. 124 gr is fine, but after it broke in, the 115 seems to be fine. What do you all think, should I jump on this or has this particular gun had issues that I want to avoid?

I have one and have no issues with it except for problems with aftermarket mags. The price sounds good to me.

Hopefully you have enough cash or credit to take it home ASAP.
I have one and it feeds nearly anything reliably. Only problem is it really can go through ammo fast...especially when my sons are around.
Well, I picked it up on Saturday. Total was $800 OTD. I traded my Keltec Sub2000 + $550.00. I will try to attach a couple of pics below when I get home from work.
