I paid too much for it, but how often do you come across a NIB "birth year" (1960) Model 3-5-7? This is the first one I've seen, so I had to add it to rest of my ThreeFiftySeven collection. These are the seller's pics. I probably won't have it in my hands until late next week.
Awesome gun/package, congratulations! I recently got my first 3-5-7, a 1954 gun. It's just a nice shooter grade gun, but it is an awesome shooter! Wish I could have come across a find like yours, enjoy...
Congratulations! I also just happened into a birth year 1960 .357. A Python that appears to be in excellent condition, I should receive it Monday.
I will also post pics, been looking for one for a while now.
Again, congrats and let us know more when you receive it!
1960? I don't think I can remember back that far. Just kidding. That was a time for fast cars and faster girls. Just out of High School and having the time of my life. OH' How the years fly by.
I've posted this before in the SA thread,I'm probably the only person on this entire forum that has a 1st Gen SA made the same yr I was born, there are 2 requirements that are necessary in able to do this,1 is first u have to be old & 2nd get really lucky to find one.
Well, I look for Colts in my birth year, but they are not as old as you. I do not think I can find a SAA in my birth year (1953)
