Well im a victum of mail fraud. I got the postal inspectors and West Virginia's AG on it. Its gonna take time to hear anything. I gotta call the AG Monday but I sent in a form. All I have is the Perp's email and PO box with his name. The jerk has ceased contact with me since 15NoV2011. I want my gun or my money back. I dunno if they guy or the gun even exist... This sucks man... im out 780 bucks because I got too excited for getting a good deal on a 8" Colt Python in SS. My FFL sent the guy his FFL too... I've done MO in the past but never had issues like this! IF the guy were dead or in the hospital I'd probably have someone telling me so. This is just a nightmare I got myself into Appearently theres tons of Python fraud on gunlistings.org lately especially in my State Missouri. Anyone else ever become a mail fraud victim? I sent this creep a money order through certified mail too. I have all my receipts and stubs also.

well yeah if I went through there I would have been better off. At least you know the price is realistic... lol pipe dream cheap pythons... I made myself feel almost better by bidding on a SS 1911 Series 70 repo with that fancy 100 years of service roll mark. :| Don't send private individuals on free ad sites out of state your money! I know that now kinda wish I would have thought about all that real hard before I sent my Money order off.

My perp is in jail now with a 10k bond 3 misdeamnors and 1 felony. I am gonna testify against this creep. https://www.facebook.com/JPacalypse8?sk=wall Here is the loser who wanted to enlist in the USMC and he frauded me a Senior Airman (e4) in the USAF. Justice has been served my friends thanks to the McDowell County Sheriff's department in West Virginia. I know I do not want a goon like this creep serving in the miliary I work in ever he'd be a danger to us all.
