Colt Marshal 4" Nickel is here finally

Well I picked it up today. Has more nickel than I remembered. Missing small amount on the hammer and a few small spots on the cylinder. Has some very fine specks on the frame. Not enough to worry about a refinish. Overall I am very pleased. You know me, it will probably be for sale soon...

the round butt Official Police models were assembled from the left over Marshal frames, after the Marshal model was canceled (or rather, removed from the catalog)

they were sold off slowly, and can be found with shipping dates even up into the late 1960's ......

I'd rather have the Marshal though.
