What type if grips on my trooper?

I recently traded for a early colt trooper and was wondering what type if grips are correct for it. Here's a pic of what came on it, what are they from? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum. They are not from the factory. Perhaps some inside markings would give a clue. I don't recognize them off hand.

If you have the wide spur hammer they'd most likely be the checkered target with silver medallion as opposed to the full checkered service type.
