I don't believe there is an Officers Model Match .38 with that serial number.

The five-digit serial numbers under Officers Model in Proofhouse are 22LR only. The OP says this is a 38. They are numbered differently and the stated number is not in the range of any Officers Model Match possibility. IMO either the number is wrong or it is not an OMM. I have PMed the OP, but it has not been resolved.
