    I did not know a 3" DS existed untill I walked into a local gunshop a couple of years back. It didn't take long for it to follow me home. Very accurate for a snub nose. The 3" DS's are scarce but not rare.....God Bless...pastorjeffp

    There have been a few that have surfaced on GB. Certainly not rare as PJ stated. The 3" barrel was available for .38 caliber but what ratio 2" to 3" only Colt knows for sure

    The 3 inch guns are a bit harder to find but were made in most variations. I've been collecting them wherever I could find (and afford) them for years.

    Thanks but no, that kind of money I don't have and I do have a 2" Detective which is fine for my needs.

    I love the 3 inch guns but have to agree. That price about made me spill my coffee.
    The guns in my avatar picture are all cobras, but the middle one on the right is a 3 inch
