I did not know a 3" DS existed untill I walked into a local gunshop a couple of years back. It didn't take long for it to follow me home. Very accurate for a snub nose. The 3" DS's are scarce but not rare.....God Bless...pastorjeffp

There have been a few that have surfaced on GB. Certainly not rare as PJ stated. The 3" barrel was available for .38 caliber but what ratio 2" to 3" only Colt knows for sure![]()

The 3 inch guns are a bit harder to find but were made in most variations. I've been collecting them wherever I could find (and afford) them for years.
