I think my Brother once had a replica .31 cal Wells Fargo with a cylinder conversion to .32ACP. I've only seen it twice, & really don't know much about it.

I love the Colt cartridge conversions.
I have a Pietta cartridge conversion of the 1851 Navy in 38 special, nicely made and a neat gun. The bluing is beautiful.
My understanding is that the original cartridge conversions were in 38 rimfire, so light 38 special isn't far off of the original loads.
Anyway, my question is.
Has anyone seen any cartridge conversion replicas of the 1849 Pocket model or any of the other pocket guns of that era? I would love to have a pocket gun from that era in cartridge form. One that I could actually fire.
Thanks in advance.![]()

U.S.A. " RIDE FOR THE BRAND OR LEAVE!"
Try Cimmaron Arms. They have had some listed in the past.
Correction: They listed the revolver and the corresponding R&D type conversion cylinder near each other.

I'm pretty sure Midway has them. They shoot .32 S&W, not .32 longs.
Those are precisely what I am referring to.
The ones with the R&D cylinder are neat, but not like the originals... or are they?
I didn't find anything at Midway, I may have just missed them.
Any more input is more than welcome.
