In the auto parts section in with the car wax etc. I bought some Selvyt cloths made in England a few years ago they are very good but VERY expensive. I found these at walmart for i think it was 6$ for 4 of them and they really bring the royal blue out to a mirror finish just using nothing but the cloth. They are probably made in china but(unfortunately) what isnt anymore.
Automotive for waxing and polishing. The packs I get come in white or light blue. I've been using them for sometime now. Use a little Flitz gun wax or Renaissance for a beautiful deep finish.
Dont use the microfiber cloths in the housware kitchen dept as they aren't designed for polishing.
Here are just a few of my examples and all are original finishes:
1978 blue Python
1978 nickel Python
1976 nickel Trooper MKIII
1991 BSTS King Cobra
1982 nickel Trooper MKV
If you have a Costco near you they have microfiber "towels" in bundles of about 25. I want to think the price (a couple of years ago) was around $12.00
thanks for the answers guys![]()
