The 1911A1 magazines were all originally blued, but not unusual to find a magazine that was refinished in phosphate. 1911A1 barrels were the same. If returned in a pistol for rebuild and still passed inspection they were refinished in phosphate.
I have one that came with my un-issued Remington Rand (sold in 1956) it is the green looking parkerization and has no markings.
