After reading the reviews on Colt's new Rail Gun, it must be one fine pistol and I can't wait to get one. Does anyone have it, yet?

I wanted one but they're not authorized in CA. I purchased the non-rail XSE in SS instead. Pick it up 12/27/09... I've researched the crap out of this series and there are few complaints other than cosmetic preferences.
at the link, based on my recent experiences with the "New Colt" Company:
Now Colt has entered the 21st Century; updating the Delta Elite, a sub-compact, the New Agent, and now “The Rail Gun”. Hopefully Colt will have learned and corrected the dust cover issues and sharp edges.
It looks like a winner; I hope it shoots like one!
This is pretty exciting news from Hartford. I know integral rails are not exactly news, but for Colt this is a pretty big step compared to what they have done in the recent past.
I think Col Key's and others there see the writing on the wall that Colt will eventually (sooner than later?) lose the military contract for the M4 and will once again need to rely on the commercial market in order to survive.
With all the new/reissue pistols, it is an exciting time to be a Colt lover. Let's hope they keep it up!
"Go into the village opposite you, and immediately on entering it, you will find a Colt bring it here. If anyone should say to you, 'Why are you doing this?' reply, 'The Master has need of it..." Lk 19: 30-31.

Just picked mine up today! It looks like a good one. Haven't shot it yet but plan to as soon as I can get up to the hills. The fit of the barrel is tight, and the frame/slide fit is very good. My pre-shooting impression is very positive.
