1905 45acp shoulder stock / holster

There are two of us Colt collectors that each own 1905's with the slotted backstrap but without the accompanying holster / stock to make it a carbine. There were 440 slotted 1905's with 408 shipped with holsters. Although I have good pictures of existing holsters, can anyone give me the following info: 1) a source of a person that has already made an acceptable 1905 stock/holster 2) measurements of the metal attachment framework.
We are considering having reproductions made if not too pricey.

Man, that could be tough. Could Colt possibly have old drawings or specs?
