O1970cm any insight? finally got her, here she is in all her glory

My go to colt guy just shot me a note telling me he has a govt O1970cm and wants to know if I am interested. Can you guys opine on what the custom shop does to this 1911 before I shell out almost 2k....Thanks!

I saw one about a month ago. It looked to me that the sharp edges were removed (compared to my 01970A1CS). The chrome finish looked very nice. It had an extended mag, adjustable rear sight, and a Wilson ambi-safety. It also had the XSE features (trigger, hammer). It has black grips.

It looked to have a polished barrel. Maybe a Match Barrel? They call it a Special Combat Government (so maybe the Combat Elite barrel?).

The fit is precise and tolerances are amazing. The accuracy from my example is incredible.

subject to 1in 30 on new guns... I have guns I bought 4 months ago still not in my possession. I have a delta elite I bought in October still sitting at my FFL- you want to talk about painful!!! I've had this one only for a few weeks.... although paid for it Dec.
