    Are these really that expensive the "El Presidente" TALO Colts?

    Are these really worth 7k not that im thinking of buying it but thats expensive for a Colt 1911 in .38 super thats been "customized."

    LOL! either that or he forgot to mention that he was selling 6 of them for that price.

    seriously that is way overpriced, the seller is obviously fishing for a sucker. the el presidente retail price was 900 when it was issued in 1990. a nib one now would probably be worth in the high teens at most. that's not even a new one.

    yeah for a .38 super thats a series 80 from the looks of it that is way over priced.

    The ATF could probably Fast and Furious it in Mexico for about seven grand. Of course it would be our money buying it.
