After my Grandmother passed away, I was going through some of her possessions and found my grandfather's 1911A1 that he was issued in WWII. It was gummed up so I took it to a local gunsmith who accidentally broke the slide stop while disassembling it. I want to find a Parkerized replacement part to bring it back to its "original" state. The gun shows haven't been any help. Is there a gunsmith or dealer that you could recommend?
