Good news is you can still get a mag for it. price varies with condition but I'd say 60-75 bucks for the magazine. If memory serves, just a few weeks back a forum member posted acquiring a whole box of like 45 of them from his grandfather. not sure what he decided, but might want to search posts and contact him. Since its not factory engraved, its not going to help value that much. Therefore, the overall condition is going to play the bigger part in determining the value. 1940 makes it a 1st series woodsman. I'm not totally sure but with my eyes , I detect some wear or bluing loss on some of the sharp edges and muzzle. I'm not going to throw a number out because I'm not really sure on it and I don't want to tell you wrong. There will be some responders that know a whole lot more than me on it.
