Not sure if this should be here or on the semiauto thread.
I purchased a new Colt Rail Gun several months ago and am getting fairly confident in shooting the gun and reloading for it.
I have been loading a MBC 200gn LRNFP with 5gn of HP38. I seem to be getting consistent accuracy, no problems with the gun functioning, no unburnt powder, and fairly clean cases.
However, I am getting groupings below the aim point, even at 7 yards.
The gun has the Bomar white dot sights that are only adjustable for windage.
Looking at the Midway catalog, there are several adjustable rear sights listed for the Bomar cut. However, I have no idea as to whether these sights will work with the existing front sight, or where to find out.
Any suggestions about any of this would be appreciated. I only use the pistol to shoot paper and plates.

The Rail Gun has a Novak rear sight cut, not a BoMar. KenSight makes an rear sight for this application that is all screw-adjustable. Many of the "adjustable" rear sights for the Novak cut are only screw adjustable for elevation, not windage. One thing to bear in mind is that most all of these adjustable rear sights for Novak cuts are a good bit taller than the stock rear sight and will likely require a taller front sight too.
Thanks John, Yeah, I knew Novak but I guess my fingers ran away with my brain. This is the info I was needing. Sounds like I will have to replace both front and rear.
