called Colt this morning looking for Royal Blue grip screws

Alex said they have them but won't sell them.

    What's a guy to do?

One option is to send some screws in to a re-finisher and have them bright polished and blued.

Most re-finishers offer special pricing on small parts.
Among the places I'd recommend for a Royal Blue polish and blue:

Welcome to Accurate Plating & Weaponry, The Cogan Custom Shop. | APWCOGAN

Ford's Custom Gun Refinishing - Ford's Desert Eagle Sights

I'd recommend calling and talking to them about pricing.

    Thanks.
That's the kind of info I need.

Talked to a local gunsmith this morning, and he said he'd polished and blued grip screws before, too.
