    Punches

    Anyone have suggestions on a punch set? first one I purchased bent on the second strike so back it went to Brownells.

    I personally used the Brownell's replaceable pin punches.
    If/when the punch bends or gets beat up, I can simple install a new pin.
    I also bought the short starter pins for the set.

    I also bought a couple of Sears Craftsman punches for rough work because they replace them free.
    I bought a nail set to use as a starter punch too.

    There are three sizes, and you can buy a variety of replacement pins in different lengths:
