Last I checked there were two D frame bolts on Gunbroker in Pistol Parts.
Dan
I'm working on a "project" gun I bought last weekend. It's a 1956 vintage Police Positive Special, cosmetically challenged but still basically sound. It looks like the only things that need replacing are the extractor star and the latch bolt. The ratchet on the star is worn some, and the bolt has some sideplay. However, neither the hand nor the hole in the recoil shield that the bolt fits through appear to be worn. Timing is a bit slow, but I want to tighten the lockup before I start tinkering with that.
Anyone have an idea where I can get those parts?
Thanks,
Claymore

Here's some Colt parts sources.
Note that most Colt parts ESPECIALLY ejectors DO NOT just drop in. They required extensive fitting and adjusting to work.
Since the available parts are used, they've already been fitted to a different gun and may not be usable in your particular gun AT ALL.
All you can do is order a part, and if it won't work, send it back for an exchange and hope the next one is usable.
On ejectors, just because the cylinder will snap into the frame is absolutely no indication the part actually fits or is even safe.
Note also that many Colt parts changed slightly over the years and ejectors may not be compatible with newer or older cylinders.

There are other Colt parts sources but these are the most likely to have what you need.
