guns and stuff for sale advice needed

Is it OK to post guns and various gun accessories (scopes, holsters, mags etc) for sale in a single classified post.
can i just take a couple pics with multiple items labeled and ask potential buyers to contact me for details?
or is it better to list everything separately with full descriptions?
i'm talking about 10 handguns, a couple rifles and all kinds of accessories from grips to reloading to ammo.
how would you like to see it all listed?

    thanks!
    tom

hey..i am new..but have sold online for almost 10 years...u always do better listing individually..give as much info as possible..that way u get the most out of it and i know it is more work but it is less hassle for you in the long run...just my two cents...

my advice is check the rules and they'll tell you how to do it, it's not up to the preferances of the members here.

it really IS about members preferences becuase both approaches are OK with management near as i can tell from the rul;es.

I would post the holsters all together. Take a picture of them laid out and numbered or lettered. Then put a description and price underneath. Do the same with other items that are alike;ie reloading items, ammo, grips/stocks, etc. - You might have to post a couple of times in the thread yhttp://www.coltforum.com/forums/want-sell/40145-sale.htmlou start to get them all in. Then if you want start a different thread with the firearms that you want to sell. I think part of the idea is so you wouldn't be taking up the whole 1st page of the classifieds with your ads. Also if you have a dozen ads going, it could be hard fotb you to keep track.

Here's some examples of ads that are running now.

A single ad with description is easier to keep up with BUT there are ads running that have 6-8 pages and after a spell it's hard to keep up with what sold and what is still for sale. Dunno how Mitch, our illustrious administrator/moderator, prefers it or stipulates in the rules so you'll have to look those up. Sure is quicker for me to cull out "WTS Colt New Service" rather than "WTS:Lots of guns and holsters". Just how I'm wired cause I confuse easily.

appreciate the advice. i'm just trying to keep it as simple as possible. lets say i wanted to sell these (vest pocket, junior, mustang pocketlite, pocket 9, double eagle, 2000AA, xse commander) and posted a GOOD pic of the group and offered more pics by email? would save a lot of back and forth on the forum (?)
I would get a much better picture than this, but here are the guns: (would make a nice group purchase for that special colt collector in your life, don't you think?)
