I do not go to see "celebrities." I go to see new firearms. I will arrive on Wednesday evening and spend Thursday and Friday at the show.
I have been to every SHOT Show ever held, and several NSGA shows before the SHOT Show was created.
If you're going, what are looking forward to seeing/doing while you're there?
I'm excited to be going for the second time after having a wonderful experience last year. For the first time, I am going to Media Day on Monday. Shooting new guns in the desert, what could be better? I'm also looking forward to stumbling into any of the 32 competitors from Top Shot Seasons 2 and 3 or those from Season 1 again. I'm hoping to get a picture with Dustin Ellerman and tell him how happy I am with the way he portrays and supporst the shooting sports!

I'll be there with Windham Weaponry. Booth 1759.
Shmoozing with people is not really my favorite thing to do but it's a free trip to Vegas and a nice free hotel room.
I wont be there as I have heard you need to be in the industry to attend which I am not.It would be nice to someday be able to go
I attended last year and had a great time. I'll probably wait a few years before attending again.
Cruiser, just ask a few of your favorite/friendly industry folks if they can get you a pass. It's easier than you think!
Going for two or three days. Gotta love this RETIREMENT thing!!
I get a ticket from a LGS and thats that. Pretty easy to attend without being a big Industry wheel.
Would enjoy simply watching the Range Days...but unfortunately no "IN" for those.

Twaits, I'm coming to find you at your booth! We'll discuss cut down, shortened, custom, Fitz'ed revolvers! -Steve

I got to go to the Eastern SHOT Show in York, PA. twice. A friend who is a class 2 & 3 FFL gets me vendor credentials and I go in and out all weekend. I am not sure the York Expo Center is hosting it this coming spring. From everything I have read, the Eastern Show is not on par with the original one out West, but it's still fun. York is about 40 minutes down I-83 S. from the Harrisburg area.
Twaits, see if your boss will send you to the Eastern SHOT show this year. I'll keep you company and out of trouble.![]()
coming back from Munich and jumping in the convertible to shoot across the desert.
