It's 8pm at Night, do you lnow where your favorite Colt is at ?

I went into my safe and found my 1911 Model 01918, 45 acp. lying next to my Government Model Colt Custom 38 Super..The Shock ..

I quickly separated the two of them and inquired of the little lady of the hose if she had been in the gun safe ?

She yes, she was admiring the bright Stainless...I said that's fine, but you didn't put the gun back where you found it, and if you put those two close together, one doesn't know what will happen...Sheesh I might end up with a Baby 40 Super or something in two tone.

I put a Government Model 1991A1 and a Commander 1991A1 next to eachother and I swear they created an Officer's ACP!

Gee whiz Kid, that is downright scary! I keep my Colt Govt 1911 Custom Shop .38super next to my Browning Hi-Power for that very reason. God Bless.
When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns, so buy more guns!

I must be a closet liberal without realizing it. I mix my Colt revolvers with the semi autos and other brands on the safe shelves all the time.
You think you know yourself, but........

Interesting! Educational! How to build you collection! Wonder what I'll if I put my 2nd Dragoon together with my '72 Open Top. On second thought, maybe something has already happened. I have a nice little Pocket Navy Conversion I can't recall where it came from.

Well that would explain where some of the guns that I find in my safes come from. I mingle all my guns together and never segregated them in the past. I was always curious when I would find a little "feral" handgun sitting in the back of the safe, and had no recollection of where I got it from. Thanks Kid, never to old to learn something. I never have this happen with my knife collection, but I keep them separated by style and model in separate drawers in my knife case. I wonder if I started mixing them up, what would happen? LOL! Peace.

Think I'll put a Smith next to a Winchester, maybe I'll get a Vulcan.

Are you saying that some Colt's are male and others are female? OMG, I learn so much here. Now I know what is meant by a 'rampant Colt'! OMG, is that where the Pony came from??
