    2nd gen saa grip help please

    bought these grips for a second gen that i have with ivory's
    i believe the right grip is true second gen., but the left giro doesn't match. the logo is wrong and the grip is about 1/16" longer at the bottom.
    sell insists they are from the same gun.
    help??

    thanks kid, but, unfortunately, i'm a sucker and didn't see the problems till i got 'em today.
    the right grip is cracked, i knew that, and not uncommon after over tightening.
    it's the other grip i'm pizzed about. it has a 3 digit # written in pencil on the inner surface.
    any help is greatly appreciated.

    I think they are from two different sets...usually they write the serial number on both stocks!!!!
