Same thing happened to me for 3 days and then I finnally got through. You have to leave the phone on hold and wait for them to answer. It will take time but eventually they get it.
I'm having the most frustrating time trying to get a hold of Colt's customer service. I've called several times, different times of the day, and have been placed on hold for up to 40 minutes before finally hanging up. Does anyone know whats going on over there?

I'm guessing that since they had a decent-sized contingent at the Shot Show this past week, there were sparse folks to hold down the fort in CT.

Don't call at lunch time, as call volume increases then.

Do not during lunch time. I got thru tuesday at 9:45cst. I dialed about 9:00 and just stayed on the line and read the colt forum as I waited. I think I read the entire forum.
