Surely they could have found another name for it....It's enough to make one reach for the barf bag. That said, Colt needs to show a profit, so if it sells and makes them money, it will have to be considered a success regardless of of the nauseating ripple among those of us who prefer to cling to tradition. Who knows?...Being a Colt/Walther mixed breed, it may actually turn out to be a good enough product to grow on us...

Speaking of Colt 22s...has anyone ever heard any rumors about Colt making the conversion unit again? With the continued popularity of 1911s, the high cost of ammo, and the down economy, I cant imagine that a conversion unit wouldnt be a terrific seller, especially if they could keep the price somewhat affordable (ie less than than what they sell for on GB). Just curious. Anyone know why they stopped making them? Id rather have the conversion unit than the Umarex....
