    Hey Bigride,

I have the same "Pocket Pistol". With these, you can pretty much just reach out and touch whatever you're shooting at.

    Best regards,

My opinion is free, and worth every penny of it.

A friend's early S&W, engraved & pearl but with the small flaw of the topstrap portion broke off & missing --

A later barrel, latch, etc was found to fit. The question was whether to find a barrel & engrave it as a replacement or (my preference) cut off & transplant the top strap. Awaiting decision -- owner has begun to like it as-is ----->

My only S&W pistols are all .22 single shot target pistols. the top is 3rd model Perfected .22 LR with the early deep Olympic chamber barrel, underneath is a 2nd model barrel in 32 S&W that had rounded cylinder bottom ground off so it will fit a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd model. Second from the top is 3rd model Perfected .22 LR with H M Pope barrel, larger target sights, small trigger stop & leaded butt. Second from bottom is a 1st model of 91 with a .22 short H M Pope barrel, trigger stop, & fully adjustable rear sight not found on a first model. The Pope barrels were the first to have the deep chamber [last 1/16 in. of cartridge must be forced into the chamber, seating bullet directly into rifling] as Pope did not ever patent his ideas, etc., S&W copied it in later yrs. calling it "Olympic" chamber. The bottom is another 1st model of 91 .22 LR DSCF4565.JPGwith the less common 8 inch barrel.

This is my first mod. 10 S&W. It's a 10-5 with a 2in barrel made in the late 70s. It's been used very little and it's been
taken care of. Well try it out when the rain stops.
