Hi everybody! New guy here! Have always been "somewhat" interested in the saa, but never really looked into colt guns in general, used to shoot a freedom arms, now a smith 629-4... Have casually looked at a few saa's here and there, but that was about the extent of it. Have been looking to pick up a 22 revolver and wasn't quite sure what to get... walked into a local shop the other day and they have a new frontier buntline with cc steel frame, looks like it's only been fired a few rounds, mint, pristine. WOW! So, thought I'd better do a little reading about colts before just jumping in... landed here! Hmmmm.... maybe all i do need is a 45 saa for deer and bear in my neck of the woods...![]()

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit such crimes... such laws make things worse for the assualted and better for the assailants: they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man" Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare BeccariaNRA Life Member
