Love the guns; enjoy that itch and scratch it as often as you can. Welcome aboard, nice to have you here!
Hello, everybody. Signing in for the first time here, and as a first time Colt owner. It all started with a 6" Peacekeeper, which I had never heard of until I saw it for the first time a few months ago. Once I had it, I found myself itching for another Colt, and a few months later, I found myself staring at a 6" stainless King Cobra in absolutely beautiful condition. I tried to resist it as much as I could, but the itch won out, and it came home with me just a few days ago. I'm not sure what kind of witchcraft these things possess, but it's powerful stuff, and it almost led to me taking home a Trooper Mk III. What saved my bacon that time was the fact that it was in real rough shape, but the itch will have to be scratched eventually, and I know there's another Colt revolver out there with my name on it, just waiting for the right time to schmooze it's way into my collection. Here are the two little buggers that cast their spell on me, they made sure they won't be alone:

Welcome from a fellow Texan agentv3. Great forum for all things Colt, have fun, learn lots, share what you know. Very nice pistol there. Recently acquired a 4" King cobra and got to shoot it last Friday. Very impressed with it.

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit such crimes... such laws make things worse for the assualted and better for the assailants: they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man" Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare BeccariaNRA Life Member
