First post on the colt forum.

I'm from New Zealand and shoot/ collect both rifles and pistols.

I always seem to have lots of questions and find forums like and the people that use them can usually provide the answers.

I look forward to hanging around here and chewing the fat with other forum members.

Always a pleasure to hear from the other end of the planet.
Could you give a rundown of New Zealand local firearms regulations? Maybe a comparison with the Australian ones?
There was a fellow from down under who travelled in this region shortly after his entire collection was wiped out by the stroke of a pen a few years back. He was on business, but had opportunity to pick up some ' parts' while he was here. It was an unsettling story to say the least.
Anyway, hang around here and join the discussion. This is a pretty squared-away place.
