    Hey, from Las Vegas

    Just joined here in Las Vegas. I have been looking for a Colt Special Combat Government model for a little while. I have wanted a 1911 for awhile now and fell in love with the Special Combat. Yesterday my work buddy found one for sale on this forum.(Thanks Dave). So I joined the forum today. Looking forward to checking out the forum.

    Welcome aboard Angorwatts;

    This is an absolutely fantastic place to hang out all day, or all night depending on what shift you work. At 65 I can hang out all day and sometimes I do.

    You'll get great help from the folks here. Plenty of "real" Colt knowledge. It isn't like a lot of forums where every kid with a new gun is an expert. This place is just plain genuine.
