Your family sure took care of that gun. It looks like it's been carried a lot due to finish loss but the metal and grips are beautiful. I think this gun has a perfect feel in the hands with that long graceful grip frame. Thanks for showing it to us.

Wyatt - The pistol is in superb shape. The reason the metal is so clean is because my uncle insisted on cleaning it down to bare metal. He didn't like the fading blue, despite warnings to the contrary about removing collector value. The roll engraving on the cylinder is fine and you can see the clear cartouche on the walnut stock. The number on this is #103xxx, about halfway through its run. I remember shooting it...and the smoke it made!
