I like both the revolver and the picture composition.

My custom Fitz'ed Colt Official Police is currently with Michael Gouse for its final working over. I just received an amazing holster for the gun that will compliment it perfectly. I started thinking about photographing the revolver in the holster and realizing that the handsome holster will obscure the gun's engraving.
So I started playing around with Photobucket and I tried experimenting with some layered photography. I like how it turned out as this early stage. When the gun comes back, I'll have to spend some time with my camera and then play around some more with Photobucket.
What do you thing for now?

GREAT photography! You have a very artistic eye, mm6mm6. Thanks for showing.
Showing the transition in the small pics is a great idea - I like it a lot... Makes the project much more interesting to the viewer than just a picture of the final product...
Enjoy the ride - no-one gets out alive!
