Antique alligator holster for 1911

Thought some of you might enjoy seeing this old leather. I know its at least 70 years old but suspect it's over 90
Wonder if anybody else has ever seen one like it.

Really nice old Holster.

I myself have seen very few vintage Alligator Holsters, so far as I know, they would appear to be quite rare.
