I've posted photos of my Colt Military Model 1905 .45 ACP pistol serial number 5090 (made 1910) which was shipped to Praeger Hardware Co. San Antonio TX on March 27, 1911 and sold to H. N. Moore Co. (address unavailable) for your enjoyment and comments. Thanks, George

Hi Colt-SL; no, I got the 1905 on Gunbroker several months ago and it's definitely staying in my collection to complement my 1902 Military Model and Colt WWI 1911 re-issue. I'm still looking for a box of early .45 ACP ammo to display with the 1905; I have a box of soft point .38 ACP to display with the 1902.
Congrats, it is absolutely pristine!!

Excellent, One of my grail guns, though can't imagine I'll be able to afford one in that condition. Great find!
Thank you for sharing that magnificent pistol with us.
It's absolutely amazing for it to be that pristine after 100 years.. Congratulations on the find...
