1952 Detective Special 32 Colt NP w/hammer shroud

Here's some pics of 1952 Detective Special #615409 in 32 Colt NP with a hammer shroud I picked up recently. I was premature when I said it was about 95% condition. It's more like 90%. The barrel crown and the high spots on the cylinder show some wear, but strange as it seems the frame shows no high edge wear at all. I wonder what type of holster it was carried in?
Mechanically, it's like new with an excellent barrel, lock-up, cylinder charging holes, recoil plate, etc.

Thanks. You're right, finding boxes of 32 Colt New Police has proved difficult. Especially full boxes in good condition. There seems like there's a lot more of it marketed as 32 S&W Long around. Same cartridge except for the shape of the bullet. This box dates from 1946-mid 50s per some ammo collecting sites. Perfect for the era of snubbys I collect.
