Today: Infectious Disease Eradiction

Do you see all those white mounds of dirt? They contain the habitat of these infectious disease carrying rodents which overtake our rolling plains of Western Idaho.

It's a nasty job taking on the responsibility to eradicate these vermin from our lands. Pay is awful, no Federal Benefits, pretty much all volunteer work. Working conditions are actually pretty good, if you bring your own lunch. You don't earn sick time or vacation time but the boss doesn't complain if you miss work once in a while.

So today I entered the "No Spin Zone" with Colt (Peacemaker), Marlin ( 1897 Cowboy Limited) and Canon.....Oh the carnage...

Now don't go running your horse through there!! My Daughter works as a Vet Tech in a very large animal hospital in Buffalo Grove, Il.One day she calls me and tells me some people brought in their pet "PRARIE DOG"!!! for a cat scan and an ultra sound. She runs the Imaging Dept.. She gave me pictures- she had a clear plexi-glass box that she put it in and knocked it out so they could do the imaging. She said she told the Doctor(Vet) "My Dad shoots these things"! His reply was I don't blame him.
Well $650. later, they find out there's nothing wrong with there varmint.

I told her that I had just the right pill for it, along with the heavy barrelled applicator. If I can find the pictures I'll post them.

sometimes you don't have to.
a guy in western colorado invites us out for weekends to rid his land of vermin. we sleep in the "bunk house" (it's nicer than my house!). at sundown we eat and drink around the fire pit and get ready for the next day.
there's quite a few ranchers that would welcome you with open arms if you offer to do some free exterminating on their land.
