    It Finally Happened, Prayers please.....

My Low Powder sensor that I have been using for 20 years up'd and died. I called Dillon, The Nice undertaker/ordertaker Tim Vaughn, sent out a free replacement. Services and Internment pending Monday when Allied Waste comes by.

    Kid,
Are you referring to the sensor on the powder dispenser or the powder checking die system?

Dillion specifically tells you to replace the "Bee" in there every 5 years. You did do that, didn't you?

Yep, why else do you think it goes "Bzzzzz"

But I will say Dillion machines (I've got the 650) are real honeys.

I had the same thing happen to one of mine. I tried replacing the batery, to no avail. I called Dillon. I always seem to get the same guy, Gary. He asked if I had changed the battery. I told him I had. He said "no problem". I got a new one four days later. I have been dealing with Dillon many years. I must say their "NO B.S." warranty is what they say it is.

    Dillon powder sensor

Now that's odd, they told me the only thing not covered by their waranty was the electronic primer and powder sensors.
I have the RL550 and the Square Deal, both have been overhauled several times but no help with the electronics!
You must have an inside connection at Dillon.
I have loaded well over a half million rounds with the Square Deal so I'm not complaining one bit!!
    Great machine!
