Hello, pziij. I believe they are berdan primers..the "anvil" is built in the case, instead of being incorporated in primer cap itself. At any rate..if these are the aluminum cases..they are not designed, nor should any attempt be made to reload these.

I haven't tried it yet but I have some of them that I got in some mixed range brass and it looks re loadable. I also found this at the ableammo site.

CCI Blazer 40 S&W 180 Grain Full Metal Jacket
Blazer Brass brings shooters the reliability and quality of ammunition built to SAAMI standards, and is backed by stringent ISO certified quality systems. Blazer Brass is loaded in reloadable brass cases for added value. Standard Boxer-type primers and primer pockets mean you can reload Blazer Brass cases just like any other case. Blazer Brass is loaded with a protected-base FMJ bullet. CCI primers insure reliable ignition, and CCI load with clean -burning propellants.

That is true of the Blazer ALUMINUM cases. The reference question is about the Blazer BRASS cases.

I have not seen an odd primer size in any of the Blazer BRASS cases.
    Sincerely,

I got a couple of those and tossed them. Not because they wouldn't work but just because I didn't want to mess with two different primer sizes.
