Just a confirmation!!!!

Was out early this morning to beat the heat. Took my OMM, 1961, and 148 gr. Remington HBWC loaded in R-P cases over 2.7 gr. of Bullseye w/CCI500 primer. The 2.5" diameter yellow "sunflowers" are in full bloom out on the prairie, they make fantastic targets from a standing off hand shooting position at random ranges. We, meaning everybody reading this, already knew how good these Colts shoot. This is just a confirmation, it still does!!!!!!!!!
I never get tired of these guns making me look as if I know what I'm doing.

I use same bullet and primer but use 3 grains of red dot just because i have so much of it left over from around 1960. ITs a highly accurate load and works well in the OMM. The OMM is a fine gun and hard to beat in accuracy.
I love pythons but for some reason the ones Ive shot just dont quite shoot as good as the OMM. Maybe its the sights. The OMM does have better sight picture than the Python.
