That is a very slow powder for 32-20 unless you are going for top pressure loads and even better in a carbine length barrel. You are most probably going to have unburned granules left in the bore. I occasionally shoot my 1912 7 1/2", 32-20 Bisley but I found that the slower powders require higher pressure than I am willing to subject the gun to in order to get a clean burn, I suspect either of the 4227's would be as bad or worse. I have decided to stick with Unique and Trail Boss. I also cast the 3118.
