    That Appears to be a "Keith Style" from Magma Engineering, But I believe others make it as well.

    " KEITH " bullets do NOT have gaschecks. And that is one mighty skinny SWC shoulder. Elmer would be mighty put out with that shape of crimp groove also.
    I guess most of all it looks like the Thompson GC bullet to me , Lynn.
