    small primers in 45 acp

I have been reloading 45 acp for years. I had to quit for about 10 years for health reasons.
But i have got back into it and i'am finding 45 brass with small primers.
Can a guy use the same load we loaded with large primers?
My old loading books don't say anything about it.
    thanks for any help

I have been throwing all my small primer 45 into a separate can until I get enough to run a batch. I don't know the answer to your question but I would think yes from what I read on other forums and what other guys say they have got in in response to that question when talking to powder companies.

I can't answer your question because I never load them. On the rare occasion when I find them, they always go to the recycler.

YOU can use the same identical loads with either large or small pistol promers in the 45ACP and they will register the same results.

Welcome to the forum, lots of nice people here.
I have also seen CCI Blazer aluminum cases in .45ACP with small boxer primers.
