    A new clone/replica. Looks interesting

The video starts at the 40 second mark and goes through 3:15. Anybody have any info? I checked the website but there is nothing listed yet.

Interesting. Did I hear right that the price is going to be $1599? I can't imagine there's a market for paying as much for a clone as the real thing. I could be wrong. Maybe this will spring board the SAA to that of the 1911's and there'll be dozens of companies jumping in. Probably not though.

They apparently don't have their SAA on their website yet. Standard Mfg. Co. LLC

Look at the flutes on the cyl in the video. Not very impressive. Awful CCH.

Seems to be a demo with the firing pin ground off.

I don't see them selling many if any of those for Colt prices!

Someone trying to ape USFA but with little tech behind it. If someone wants to start a company, lets talk.

Agree that the flutes are strange. Engraving looks lazer cut or done other than traditional cu8ts with graveres.
Used to be DJC before I changed because I had to.

He really knows his product, says it is a 4/3/4 inch barrel but appears to be a 5 1/2 inch unless it has a really short ejector rod housing. Also has a deluxe hardwood handle.

I like that checkered hardwood handle.

    Cylinder flute looks lopsided.

Polished edges look crisp, like seeing the trigger guard bevel.

Colt owns the Single Action Army trademark.
