I have an excellent condition, original Gold Cup National Match MKIII Mid-range in .38 special I'd like to sell. I'd be interested in a Wilson Combat Sentinel .45 or BW Carry in a trade plus cash scenario (MKIII + cash = WC .45.
Built somewhere between '61 and '65 - I've had the gun since I given it as a youngster in 1977, acquired by my Father from a relative who was a big collector - I can't verify this but we did not think it was fired.
My father loaded 400 148 gr. .38 special wadcutters for me when I received the pistol - I still have a box of 100 left so around 300 rds through it. Since its been a vault queen for the last three decades - just had the marksman trainer / competitive shooter at my club look it over and fire a few rounds, says it's smooth as silk and dead-n@ts on.
Very well cared for but as with anything my age - it does have some minor imperfections (i.e. idiot scratch, hammer scuff, grip safety scuff - learned something here already) the finish is in great shape - any smudging / abraded looking areas in the photos are my poor flash photography.
Unfortunately I do not still have the original box or papers (too many PCS moves) but I do have four original magazines. I asked here for price ideas (see post below) - say $1600 shipped to your FFL?
National Match MKIII MR
I'm new to the forum but can provide feedback / references to interested buyer from other fora. I'd ship to your FFL unless you're in Colorado.

Do you still have this gun for sale? Thanks Jim
